No one ever votes after a loss.

PiazzaFan seems to undervalue the efforts of starting pitchers.

Not true. But I have an easier time coming up with 10 points for some games than for others. I missed most of this game, so I have to look over the box score and see whether I can get to 10 for this one.

Not true - I didn't vote after most games this week, because I didn't watch them. the same holds true here.

Me too... I feel bad voting for games of which I didn't at least see a good chunk. The boxscore doesn't necessary tell the whole tale. Maybe a guy who went 0-for-4 was much more worthy because of a key groundout or a key defensive play than a guy who had three worthless singles.

Good. Put the past in the past and let's move on. A loooooong ten hours before tonight's game.

I'm not following this at all. The greatness of the Mets batters and the suckiness of the other team's pitcher combined to give the Mets all of one run. I'm also not sure how the rotation size would play into who the outstanding player of the game is.

Look, this was my first day posting in the PoTG and I wasn't sure what to do.
