Phils jump to a 5-1 lead on HRs by Werth, Howard, and Werth again, plus a 2-RBI single from (stop me if you heard this one) Werth But the Philly pen is getting tested again. Cubs have a run in in the 8th (5-2), none out, and two on. JC Romero currently on the bump.

Cubs go: K - K - BB - K leaving the bases loaded and the score 5-2 heading to the 9th No word yet on whether JC Romero's chest-punching, primal-scream act coming off the mound meets with the Jimmy Rollins standard of approval or if his claimed revulsion to such overt celebrations is a bit more selective in nature.

Good point FK , Romero really worked it with the chest pumping. Myers looked good .Gave up a lot of hits but kept getting out of it.
