It's a brand new car!

Picked it up today, a 2008 Honda Civic LX. Four door, five speed manual transmission. My first ever new new car.

Manuel Transmission was a good power-hitting prospect back in the day.

I loved my Civic. Also a stick, also my first car.

My only complaint was that it slipped easily on slick roads, even after I changed the tires.

Congrats man.

considering the way i drive that would be a deal-breaker, and one reason i'd never drive an SUV, i'd probably flip it over on a curvy exit ramp.

Recession? What recession?

Wifey and I opted for a fully-loaded 09 Toyota Camry Hybrid today, after passing on some pricier luxury sedans.

Sweet deal, sweet ride.

Said goodbye to a 2001 Oldsmobile with 105K miles. More like good riddance than goodbye, I suppose
