Firefox and email

Is anyone else having this problem? I can't write an e-mail using Firefox and my e-mail program. When it first happened, I wrote to my Internet host and asked what was going on, and they replied by asking me what browser I was using. So I switched over to IE, and no problem at all. I use a small host -- Sitemail -- but my wife tells me she's had the same problem with Hotmail.

I've not had any problems with email using FireFox , I did uninstall FF from my wife's laptop becasue a lot of banking programs would not work properly for her....site keys and such things. I am no expert Mole but it sounds like sitemail was built with Microsoft in mind and not FireFox.

But I've been using Sitemail for a few years, and I've never had this problem before, Maybe a compatibility issue with Firefox 3?

I use Gmail for most of my mail, and haven't had a problem in Firefox.

I have problems that no one else does, and that have no solutions. Maybe duct tape?
