I'm... skeptical. I'm sure that I've "stimulated adrenergic receptors in the refractory period" while congested and I've never noticed any decongesting.

When I have a cold, and I'm out jogging, I notice that by about the one mile mark I clear out a bit and breathe more easily because my internal heating has kicked in. Not that I'm going to dissuade you guys from exploring your options. But I think I'm going to stick with the running.
