When you scatter ashes you have to figure they're gone. If you want a "permanent" resting place, get a cemetery plot or keep the ashes in an urn. Retrieving scattered ashes? How bizarre.

I used to joke back in the '80's that if anything happened to me I'd like my ashes sprinkled on Shea's infield. a) I'm glad that didn't happen. b) I'm glad that didn't happen.
