Figured we all needed some positive news around here, and since I've been sitting on this for a while... my wife is due with child number two in February.

MiniWolf is thrilled with his pending baby sister.

Blammo. Hope she arrives on Santana's anniversary.

Then you can name her Santana.

Very happy for you.

Or maybe Pantera or Tesla. C'mon. Do it!

As the father of two daughters (ages 7 and 3) I can tell you that you are in for a fantastic few years.

Congratulations to you and the rest of the wolves (wolfs?)

Congratulations!

I too had a son followed by a daughter. Mine are about four and a half years apart.

Congrats - good luck.

You can always name her 'Shea'.

Or 'Citi'

My two boys are 22 months apart and my middle guy and my daughter are exactly, to the day, 2 years apart.

Congrats Wolf.

February is too cold so don't be surprised if she waits until March.

You were on a different time frame from D-Dad and me. One month separates my daughter and MiniKnight from being 7 years apart. My older son is almost exactly smack dab between his two siblings.

Or is it "Wolves"?

Anyhow, congrats to the family.

Thanks, all. MiniWolf was about ten days late too, but I guess that means absolutely nothing about the second one. So we'll see. I'm half-pissed that we can't have one baseball-season birthday between the four of us (I'm in March, my wife is in December, and theoretically, both of the kids will be in February). At least our anniversary is in August.

I can't decide if I like the February 5 due date or not. My son is February 23, which means he shares a birthday with Bobby Bonilla. If WolfGirl comes on February 5, she'll share with Roberto Alomar. Ugly.

(Of course, Hank Aaron is also on 2/5, so that mitigates Roberto quite a bit.)

Meant to say before and zoned, best of everything to you and your family.
