Only D-Dad and FWoman get it right-- no black on display.

Nice pics.

There is that adorable little girl in photo 1 again!

Metfairy, is your hair naturally curly? Because if it is, I hat you.

Don't hat me - I'm always trying to keep it straight.

Great pics , your little girl is adorable.Your son looks like mom and your daughter looks like you but has moms hair.

Thanks guys.

That's the first time that all of us were wearing Mets gear at the same time... Fgirl is wearing one of my son's old t-shirts that he outgrew.

I'm just amazed at how normal Fman looks.

Not wide-eyed or maniacal at all!

Oh no, outfield cardboard pictures from last day at Shea flashbacks ....
Make them stop NOW!!!

themetfairy
Oct 05 2008 08:32 AM

At least they were finally finished measuring the damn things....

cooby
Oct 05 2008 08:42 AM

measuring? Do tell. Curlylocks. Grrrr.

themetfairy
Oct 05 2008 09:11 AM

OMG - after the game ended, they put those stupid cardboard pictures in the outfield and spent a solid half hour measuring them and moving them a millimeter here and a millimeter there. It was ridiculous. And they played no part at all in the ceremonies.

Considering the game we had all just sat through, it was maddening to just sit there while they micromanaged the useless things.

It occurs to me that I don't know too many people who's eyes actually do
smile quite as much as metfairys and it's cool that MK has inherited that.

Something about the shade of blue on Fman's cap tells me there's probably not an orange button on the top.

Am I correct?

You are.

Fboy's cap has the orange button. Options are limited for the youth apparel.

However, it's important to separate my angelic children from their profanity-spewing dad. For fuck's sake.

Fman's new picture is really funny because i'm picturing that cute little baby saying all the bad words that come out of fman's posts

Updated cute pics of Fboy (in his Mets jersey and hat and a yellow shirt that I had no input on) and Fgirl (who was put in a very un-Metsian dress for picture day over my own objection).

Updated pics of us in our Mets attire. Fwife noticeably absent due to camera holding and her need to occasionally not wear Mets stuff.

Fboy and I the day of our trip to Citi Field, three weeks ago.

Fgirl, taken that same week sometime...

Fgirl gets cuter and cuter. Fboy even more handsome.

Fman cuteness appears to be maintaining its current level.
(Whatever level that may be...)

Agreed on the kiddies (Fgirl has a weirdly timeless brand of cute).

But what's with the Piazza goat, Wooly Willy?

Thanks Edgy. I will admit that as I looked around the pictures already up on the wall at the portrait studio, I though they'd be better off putting Fgirl up as a display piece. She out-cutes those punks by a country mile.

Speaking of Dads being wrapped around daughter's finger...

This was taken in October but I finally found a frame for it. It is, I learned, tough to find a square frame.

We had a massive art festival in Grand Rapids, and there was a guy with one of those "Face in Time" booths. This took, maybe, five seconds to pose and shoot -- and I had to almost drag my daughter into the booth.
