OK, so I'm watching the post-debate coverage, and who keeps hovering in the background but Mr. Met! What the heck is Mr. Met doing at a presidential debate? Sure, I know he gets around and is pretty knowledgeable about world affiars. But....

Saw that, too. Was waiting for someone to ask him who won the debate and have him answer by firing a t-shirt from a high-powered air rifle. Probably hocking CitiField seats or something.

One of the members here before visited another teams message board for KTE research and most of the handles were riffs on names like Pol Pot ,Stalin , Hitler and the like , was funnier than me explaining it.

OK. Metsblog gets the truth.... "Update…12:02 pm… Apparently, this is the Mr. Met from Late Night with Conan O’Brien, which makes this all the more hilarious." I'd be angry, but Conan made a joke out of my Walgreen's story about the dancing presidental dolls, so he's all good for now.

C'mon - can't you guys tell from first glance that that is not the real Mr. Met? The whole costume is wrong from head to toe!
