"The Daily Show"--baseball/Mets related

There's a Mets reference in this, and it talks about baseball, so I guess it could go in the baseball forum, but since the subject is really politics, I'll put it here.

This is why I really don't like politics. It seems the more they talk, the less they actually say and what they do say is generally just pandering to the audience currently before them. I know these clips are regarding baseball, but I believe most candidates do the same with actual issues. Their stance often shifts and is moderated to make it more palatable to the audience before them at the time. I guess I've grown pretty cynical over the years.
