Just found out that I get to go to The Hague, Netherlands in February for work. Likely to be there for 3-4 days. This will be my first trip to that side of Earth. Should be fun.

The Netherlands drives me crazy. They have two names --- Netherlands and Holland --- and an adjective --- Dutch --- rooted in neither. If that doesn't confuse you enough as a kid, they have two capitals --- Amsterdam and the Hague. Get it together if you want to part of the family of nations.

We have a city here called Holland, that goes all out with a Tulip Festival, wooden shoes, windmills, the whole nine yards. I bet is someone from the real Holland ever came here he'd laugh his butt off.

Is it a coincidence that Radovan Karadžić will be there with you? I have a friend form home that has lived in Holland for many years , loved it there.
