New O's Unis

The big change is adding a road jersey that sez Baltimore. Home jerseys have a new sleeve patch, the bird logo is f'ed with (again) making it look fiercer and more streamlined but fortunately not NFL-level fierce. On the bad side, the black alternate is now an "anytime" jersey when previously it was Friday nites only.

Always in favor of road greys with city name. Like the patch, see no real difference in the bird, hate all black uniforms.

I hate the patch. And I generally like black uniforms, but not these.

A few years ago, Angelos ordered their broadcasters (I read) to not refer to them as the Baltimore Orioles, just the Orioles. It was a Nats-related snit, I think. I guess he's figured out the Mid-Atlantic folks can read a map.

I was never an Oriole fan but I did buy one of these hats around age 13. And if I played infield during sandlot games I was Brooks. If I played outfield, Met hat and I was Agee.
