Gunfire in the Hood (split from No-Purpose Thread)

One of my neighbors was shot last night in the middle of the night. (I heard it, yikes!) Bunch of CSIs over there now. I was all set to go to church and decided to stay home and see what happens.

Thank you MFS62, I will be careful! Haven't really heard anything yet; but the police are still over there. I don't even know if the poor guy is dead or alive, but a helicopter took him away last night.

Not really well, but if he is who I think it is, he is extraordinarily nice and always asks after my daughter when I run into him.

The are a lot of sick individuals in the world as the Long Beach killings clearly point out. Any word on your neighbors status, cooby?

Yes Rockin Doc, a friend of his stopped yesterday and told us about what happened and it's a sad story, and out of respect for this nice man, I would rather not tell it. Thank you to everyone who expressed concern for me - I appreciate that He will be okay, but please pray for him. Every time I look over at his house I feel so bad. PS to metfairy, thanks for listening and talking to me today, it helps
