A few flakes coming down in your capital.

Unless you're duan.

Saw a few this morning in southeastern Connecticut.

Yah, it was very lightly flurrying this morning

It got down to 28 degrees overnight. It's currently 42 degrees and windy here. I hate winter!

Drove to work in flurries this morning. Some towns not far from here got 2' of snow the other night.

And so, it begins.

We used to say that there is one nice day a year in Syracuse and they call it 'summer'.

Edgy please tell me it'll be warmer next week when I am there

Edgy DC

I hope it is.

I'm praying for a warm winter. The city just hacked up the budget, cutting services to the most vulnerable --- and least politically organized --- most drastically, of course. The homeless are getting scrod and I'm the guy telling them that I don't know what to tell them.

Then I hope for their sakes that it is warmer too!

I live about a third of an inch above the "C" in State College. Anybody else have a location?

DocTee

If you draw a straight line between New York and Philadelphia, I'm smack dab in the middle.

I'm above the top left corner of the square used to mark Washington, DC.

The version that I heard goes like this: Syracuse has two seasons -- Winter and the Fourth of July.

Where my Grandfather lived in Pennsylvania it was two seasons: Winter & Construction.

Go straight up from the 'rk' in 'New York City' across the Long Island Sound. When you hit the Connecticut shoreline, that's me.

Where the notch in the NY/ CT border zigs to the right.

Good weather is anything I don't have to shovel.

Little too far east. I'm in Westport.

Ah, just trying to guess from memory. When I was a kid I had all the towns of the Connecticut coast from Greenwich to New Haven memorized. Yes, I was a geek.

I'm roughly 425 miles due south of Williamsport, PA.

Better watch out for hypothermia, or that Massachusetts Child Protective Services doesn't take young Peter away.

That county there, right in the middle of the state? The one that's been all blue for three days? That's where I live.

It's really piling up tonight.
