Happy Happy.

Fairy, as I think I mentioned in the past, you introduced a new tradition to our family with your latkes and cranberry sauce combo. My wife (raised Jewish) and I (not) love them. Apple sauce is so 20th century!

Real cranberry sauce is a treat. The gelatinous stuff that retains the shape of the can is not.

But it's easier to use on sandwiches, which are better than the turkey dinner on the first night!

You have it all wrong.

Curry Latkas with mango chutney is where it's at. Not exactly traditional, but very good none-the-less.
