We've discussed --- usually in the context of Rickey --- the paucity of lefty-throwing, righty hitting players, but in the context of the Rickey election, I was suprised to read a report stating that only three players of such vintage had more than 4000 at-bats: Rickey, Cleon Jones, and Hal Chase. Two Mets and one of the most corrupt players in baseball history. Wow. I guess you can say they were all headaches to manage, but to very different degrees.

That's cool - I'm lefty throwing, and righty batting... Unfortunately, so is Ray Liotta....

I'm lefty throwing, and i might as well hit righty for all the success i've ever had hitting left-handed.
