I'm almost superstitious about these, I have to start them ...

Office closed, working half a day anyways. Those two 4 1/2 day weekends
a couple of weeks ago has me behind the 8 ball a bit.

Not working. They're putting up big teevees in a couple of places for folks to watch the inaguration and basically giving people 2.5 hours off for watching purposes.

Working both days, but from home on Tuesday, so I'll have the inauguration ceremonies on the TV.

Office is opened for MLK Jr. Day, but I'm off. Tuesday is business as usual and I'll be back in the office. I would imagine that the inauguration will be on the office televisions so that patients can watchit should they choose to.

Has Inauguration Day ever even remotely been a holiday?

I got sick of the coverage a week ago. By Tuesday my head may explode.

All I wanted to see was the swearing in ceremony. The balls, parade, etc, can all take a hike.

I've never known inauguration day to be a holiday and I don't consider it one this year, though some people seem to be treating as if it is. To each their own I guess.
