Patch re-do?

[url:3g290h79]http://shop.mlb.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3475390&cp=1452359.1452831.706415[/url:3g290h79] MLB.com started selling on-field caps that will have the "rotunda" version of the patch on the sides. Supposedly that logo was only for merch sold at the stadium. But it looks like they're going to wear them on caps for some games. Seems odd to have a different patch on the sleeve and the cap. I think this patch is way-better. But then, it's not like it could be way worse.

Sure it is. Teams do it a lot. Mets had one for the final games at Shea.

(Hmmm, didn't the Brooklyn Dodgers have a white button on their caps?) Offseason-that-felt-much-too-long + Fumbling-something-stupid-and-easy-like-commemorative-patch-design = A dull, exaggerative boy.
