Great find! Notice there were no complaints in 2006. Just like in real life. BTW, does Casey Stengel Plaza technically exist any longer? It is (was?) an actual New York City street.

Casey Stengel Plaza has been eliminated as part of the construction. I doubt it's coming back. There is still a street named "Shea Road" and I am hopeful that doesn't get changed. There was still a street sign or two marking such, the last time I looked. Would have been a fun thing to have if, you know, it wasn't illegal to steal street signs.

What concert series would that first complaint have come form. The complaint was from October 2003.

Stealing a Stop Sign once got someone convicted of manslaughter, a car went right through the intersection and killed someone as a result of there no longer being a stop sign there.
