Who is this guy?

I enjoy looking at the photos of former Mets at the top of the page. Sometimes, though, I scratch my head and say "who is this guy?" If there's a number on the jersey, mbtn has the answer. Other days, like today, not so much. Hey admins, would a caption under the photo be so difficult?
