In lopsided games, he tipped off opposing batters to what pitches were coming but he was a lousy tipper at Hooters. The Hooters part is pathetic for someone that rich. The first part messes with the fragile integrity of the game and should be investigated by the Commissioner's Office.

And 50%-60% of a bill at Hooters is like shoeshine money to him. Part of the reason he is so famous is because of how much money he makes, ergo - lotsa people know how much money he makes and rightly or wrongly he gets scrutinized for his genorisity or lack thereof. You may bemoan the double-standard, but now his cheap ass is being called out. 'Round these parts, it's bare minimum, for "not bad" service. If service has been good at all, 20 and up is customary these days. Do the same job at a Denny's or at the Four Seasons, but at one your tip might be $5 while at the other it's $50?
