I remember Reggie and Jughead, of course. Isn't there a "Moose" who's dating Big Ethel? And there's a nerd, too, but I can't remember his name.

The nerd is Dilton Doiley. There's also Chuck the latecoming Archie character of color who only appeared in the action stories. I certainly never saw anything between him and Reggie. Jughead is more his speed.

Jughead=Screech Zach's romantically inelegible dorky misfit flunky with oversized facial parts. Veronica=Kelly Big-boobed brunette, and the center of both Archie/Zach's and Reggie/Slater's attention, but she seems a little too self-centered to be trusted with our hero's heart. Betty=Jessie Bighearted conscientious blonde, strangely willing to play second fiddle to her best friend, who would undermine her interests to string multiple boys along while she waits for the leftovers. Mr. Weatherbee=Mr. Belding Baldish principle who is irritated by Archie/Zach's schemes, but privately thinks of him as the son he neve had. Lisa has no parallel in the Archie universe, but there was definitely an appearance or two by a Moose character in the SbtB world. Archie fronts a band called The Archies.
