As I suspected, Healy's check was returned for insufficient funds. I guess they don't pay the baggers all that well at the Watertown Stop 'n Shop so I almost feel bad for the old guy. With the next update, the red will get to be three figures again. Just thinking out loud .. we always manage. Some people are turned off by paypal, but it's an Ebay subsidiary which has to be like a Fortune 500 company and is safe for a $5 contribution.

Thanks, but really that's not necessary. They did a bunch of stuff like upgrading the board software, etc. I don't really remember but I think that was the minimum charge (an hour) and I'm pretty sure he spent more than an hour messing around with stuff. They're a good host.

I know there is some hesitation at times to use PayPal by some posters. It has grown up quite a bit over the years. It is now owned by Ebay which is a Fortune 500 company (#196) and is arguably the industry standard by which to send money electronically.

It's pretty neat; it is how they pay our commission for the jewelry (Origami Owl) that we sell. And to transfer that money to your bank account is a snap. To send money to another person, you just transfer it to their email address. They have to have an account too, of course.
