Why does this Wednesday night always feel like some kind of void? I mean, I'm sure we all have crap to do ... I've barely visited the forum today I've been so busy ... but it's always felt this way to me since I was a kid I think.

Did anyone broadcast the Triple-A ASG? Nelson Figueroa pitched a scoreless frame, allowing one hit and striking out two.

Met outfielder D.J. Wabick went 2-4 with an RBI double and a single. Pitcher Roy Merritt pulled a Heath Bell, coming into a tied game and becoming the pitcher of record on the losing side. It started at 11:00 EDT or so, I think, as it was held in Portland, OR.
