Mets Get Outfielder

The New York Daily News reports that the Mets have acquired OF Jason Dubois from the Chicago Cubs. Dubois hasn't seen major league action since 2005. He has a career .223/.286/.443 line in 210 at-bats. He was at .302/.390/.502 for Triple-A Iowa and is a certainty to see some time, especially if Gary Sheffield needs to go back on the disabled list. Drunk down the way (Cubs fan no less) yelled "Jason DuBois had Pope Sex with Two Boys." Unfortunately I will never clear that from my brain.
