Pedro Feliciano has faced, on average, batters with a line of .269/.350/.449, the highest opponents OPS of anyone with 45+ innings, yet he has allowed a line of just .220/.265/.370.

He's earned the raise he'll get in arbitration next year, and I hope the Mets have no problem giving it to him.
