Well, some would interpret the story this way. [/quote:3ew4u8km] or he made the logical asssumption that a mexican, apparently dead from from dehydration, only a few miles from the border, found in a remote area on private property where no law-abiding person had a reason to be, was here illegally- its not much of a leap. A guy is near the Mexican border and appears to be Mexican. That doesn't make him illegal no matter how much logic you put into it. Many legal Mexican-Americans live in the border region. Thousands upon thousands. Many are also in poverty, lost, and desperate. I don't know what to do with the implication of that "law abiding" thing.
