Are we allowed to repost (copy) something from a pay-only site? Do we have to give the link anyhow? Later

Beyond an excerpt up to a certain size, you're not allowed to copy and paste by law, pay-only or not. It's a law we don't enforce here, but it's a reality. The main issue about pay sites is that they have the resources and the motivation to go after you if you do re-post something. How much respect you have for the small timers trying to get their feet off the ground with a paid-content site --- or the big-timers who are struggling to stay alive after publishing for a hundred years or more --- is up to you, I guess.
