Why can't we have a first lady like that? She also ate part of the sun and knew Tom Cruise in a previous life. Not surprising that she'd have an affinity for Tom Cruise.

I think we did have a first lady like that. Her name was Betty and she didn't last too long in the role. Maybe Japan is having their very own seventies.

I was reading that this morning , she says that her current hubby would have reacted better than her Ex to the news she had been abducted by aliens . I was reading recently how on the run up to the election this guy was being labeled as very inexperienced by the other candidates , I'm sure this will set them all at ease.

She also claims to have been abducted by the ghost of Nipsy Russell and she once punched a hole in a cow just to see who was coming up the road. No, wait. That was Bill Brasky.

You ever notice how people who believe in past lives are always great warriors, or princesses, or knew famous people from historic eras and all that. No one was ever the village idiot, or an abused slave, or a dirt-poor subsistence farmer, or died of bubonic plague at age 24 while lying in the gutters of London.

You ever notice how nobody from Africa --- or regions of the world that haven't been inculturated with stories of Alien visitations --- ever claims alien abduction?

Well they claim that they've seen people turn into goats and such.

Hey! No dissing Betty Ford! Talk like that would get you shunned here in Grand Rapids! She's actually a pretty neat lady. The Ford kids I've met have all been very approachable and friendly, too.

I'm sure she is and I didn't mean to dis' her. Only saying she marched to her own drum whether it was convenient for her husband or not. Her husband being such a straight arrow in such a foggy time, if I recall correctly, she was usually more of an asset to him, if an uncalculated one.

She might have been the polar opposite of Pat Nixon.
