THe time has come II

I don't know where the original thread went, from when my son and his girlfriend moved out to their own apartment closer to LHU. But the new news is, my daughter and her fiance are moving in with us! The empty nest refills! She has been here about three weeks (traveling back to Philly on weekends) and he will be moving up in a couple of weeks, along with their cat. (cat population will then be back up to 5) This is temporary :)

They wanted to come back to Happy Valley :) She has changed a lot in 8 years...for one thing, she eats a lot more foods, lol... BTW, all five cats are rescues

Nice..I hope you had fun :) Soupcan, Happy Valley is what the locals call Nittany Valley. It does not necessarily mean we are all happy, all the time.

My daughter cracks me up...the other night I saw she had a bunch of Halloween cards to mail to her friends. I said "You can buy cards at Scots everyday for 50 cents and they're really nice!" and she said "I got these at Walmart for 48 cents...." then she made that little Debbie Downer 'waa waaaaaa' noise and I about peed my pants. Anyway, fiance is now installed! We're having fun but boy are my allergies kicking up from moving furniture around. Gypsy the cat arrives this weekend so Batman has new room in basement, but we fixed it up nice for him.

It was a rejoinder originally meant for K-Mart, but coming back with "WalMart sucks" is never inappropriate.
