Anybody know the difference between Cephalon and Calphalon pans? I had no idea there were two brands with practically the same name until I tried to shop online. Also, can anyone recommend a GOOD nonstick pan around 12 inches, and I mean GOOD. Those two above brands are two I have heard of, but any advice is welcome. Money not a huge object.

I'm sure some cookware nerds will disagree, but I only use com- mercial pots and pans anymore. That C*lon and other high end stuff is for holiday shoppers in stores like Macy's imo and it's a rip off. Nordic Ware is good ... http://www.buynordicware.com/Cookware So is Lincoln Wear-ever ... http://www.lincolnsmallwares.com/

Gonna send for some Nordicwares, and lids and KC thankyou thankyou, at these prices I can get more than just a frypan. My original plan was to have a Pampered Chef party at work and with my hostess benefits get a set of Pampered Chef pans but the people I work with didn't order anything. Maybe it's me...
