Yeah what's that about,and why is Willie walking laps aroud the stadium with his staff, it would be foolish to get rid of Peterson, I went looking for a thread about the Mets new TV station, couldn't find it, the Mets will launch it tomorrow, http://www.newsday.com/sports/baseball/mets/ny-sbmnotes284445971sep28,0,4504861.story?coll=ny-mets-print

Ed Coleman provided some insight yesterday afternoon. While he didn't go as far as to say that they are in violent disagreement, he said that "Peterson is a numbers guy, while Willie likes to go with his gut". Seems to me that conflict has to be resolved in some way if Peterson is going to be there next season. Later

Keeping coaches, players, and the media in order is all part of his learning pro- cess. I'm sure there can be a reasonable reconcilation.
