For some reason I think he would be older. Were he still alive, he could still be performing. After all, Leonard Cohen is still doing it at the same age.

I'm thinking that performing "Suzanne" and performing "All Shook Up" might put differing amounts of physical strain on the respective artists.

If he were still alive, I picture some giant confined to a rascal and certainly not performing. He needed to quit eating pills all the time (Cash did it), but lay off the fatty foods, too. NPR's streaming the Elvis 75 album on their site today. NPR Elvis Link RIP King.
