I've been sick on and off since the week after Thanksgiving it seems. Well, it doesn't seem it, I have. A day or two of the runs here and there, nausea ... then fine for a few days and the coughing, throat, and stuffed head thing kicks in. Then, fine for a few days ... rinse and repeat. I went to the doctor sometime before xmas and she told me they've been parading in with the same thing and wouldn't give me antibiotic because it wouldn't help and that it will likely take it's course. Hey IT, take the COURSE already NOW!!!

In 1993 I was sick for a solid three months. It started as a persistent cough, advanced to a bad case of bronchitis, and then culminated with a nasty flu and shingles. It ran from January to April, and caused me to miss my first Opening Day at Shea since 1977! (Once I missed the 1993 opener the spell was broken and I never went again.)

sick here too, mostly a cough that wont go away but now stuffed up nose too

I never got sick till I started hanging around with a kid. November, sore throat to bodyaches to bronchitis ans sinus infection shit, 3 weeks or so, brutal. Now I'm battling a big-time snotty nose.

Fboy was working the barfomatic last night. Hopefully it's a 24 hour bug and he's feeling better today, I haven't heard news to the contrary yet.

Lorcan left for Puerto fighting a fever , got better but Wednesday night it came back, we were up all night and at the doctors yesterday morning where we left with Amoxicillin. I'm fine though.

See, I think a good dose of something like Amoxicillin would have fixed me up originally. Next year, if I can't score from the doctor I'm gonna just get some from a Canadian online pusher.

Went through a nasal infection in November which nearly popped by eardrum on a flight. Took care of that only to jump back on antibiotics just before Christmas to get rid of some residual junk in the nugget.

I thought a tooth of mine was acting up -- it was hurting quite a lot -- so the dentist prescribed amoxcillin. I realized now that the pain was due to my sinuses. Luckily, it has the same cure. I've been wiped out the past day, but I'm feeling better now.

The symptoms arose about the time a certain football team got hot, didn't it? And the cyclical nature of the recurrences seem to correspond with when they played. I'd bet they diminished after each victory over that time, didn't they? And they built up again before each wekend? I don't know about you, but I hope those pains last well into February. Nothing personal. My bill is in the mail. Later

This has been one of my healthiest winters in years. I generally get a cold that just won't leave or worse turns into bronchitis. This winter I had a mild cold that lasted 3-4 days between Christmas and New Year's Day, but I've been extremely healthy ever since. I guess working out and trying to get in better shape may have benefited some with this.
