Recent Developments

So it's been a while since a personal update. I've finished college. My last class was in December, and I walk in graduation in May. I'm more relieved than anything else - I just wanted to get it all over with. I'm currently conducting a job search. I'm continuing my internship on Capitol Hill until I get hired for a full-time job. Today, I received word that the office higher-ups will be referring me with the highest recommendation to the DSCC, most likely to send me out on a campaign this year as a full-time staffer. Should this happen, I might end up in a random part of the country, such as Ohio, Louisiana, or North Carolina - anywhere that there's a Senate race. If I don't wind up there, they have me in mind if something opens up in the office a few months down the road. Needless to say, I'm excited about the most recent developments, and can't wait to get started with professional life.

They go by pretty fast. I first showed up here in the summer of 2005.
