Fifty game suspension earlier in the week for Jose Hernandez, for using a banned substance. Hernandez was about as far from the bigs as you can be while still being an MLB-affiliated professional, having never played in a stateside league, playing 2008 in the DSL and 2009 in VSL. Isolated incident. Or so so you might think... until teammate Johan Romero went down a few days later for fity games of his own.
