IGT, Mets @ Florida, 3/14

We're jerning this one in waddayacall, progress. Johan went four scoreless allowing three hits and fanning four. Florida teed off on John Maine and the Mets are down 5-0 in the middle of six. Bay has a triple, Castillo a double, and Alex Cora --- who you hate --- has a hit and a walk.

A ninth inning rally peters out as Chris Carter pops up with the tying run on deck. Very 2009-ish. In other news, Gameday is insisting that Pedro Feliciano played centerfield today and walked as part of that rally. Thank you for being part of this terrible IGT.

I did my best to fuck it up from the start. I have a tray of stuff on my mental plate lol.

I feel the same way about untelevised games as I do about "Family Guy"*-- if they can't be bothered to put something watchable or coherent together, then I can't be bothered to watch. *"Say, that reminds me of the time Johan Santana guest-starred on 'Chico and the Man.'"

Kiko Calero made his ST debut today and recorded a scoreless frame despite a hit, walk and hit batsman.
