Whither GameDay?

We're over a week into the spring schedule and I notice no games have used GameDay. I notice ESPN's sorta-live updating simulator isn't online yet this season either. Is there something I should know? Have they pulled them because they depress viewership or something?

No idea what's going on but according to it's homepage it's better thane ever.The premium version even more so. Mets.com doesn't have the game on Gameday. Maybe they don't start that until next week or something? http://www.mlb.com/mlb/gameday/ Jeez , the at bat advertising is for 2009.

My guess is that the entire staff at ESPN has recently become infected with the bracketology virus; it's an annual affliction, the side-effects of which are not only that it causes the victims to talk in over-hyped and ridiculous jargon over a several week span but also makes them assume that since they are televising 1,458 hours of college basketball this week that there must not be any other sports going on at the moment and therefore there's no sense in cranking up their baseball apps.

Or maybe that's not it, whatdoIknow?

Strange, if it's better than ever, that the games aren't linked from the scoreboard pages or the front pages of the websites. Probably trying to get junkies like me to renew early for mlb.tv. Worked.

btw, www.nleastchatter.com/realdirtymets usually makes a gameday post and links to the GameDay.
