That looks like an All Star Game, with a lot of different uniforms in the dugout, and the players early watching the stud batter.

July 31, 1997: Traded by the Seattle Mariners with Derek Lowe to the Boston Red Sox for Heathcliff Slocumb. at least, so says baseball reference, and concurred by the baseball cube OE: nevermind. cape league is independent amateur baseball, not affiliated professional baseball. ignore me.
