Saw that coming. Even with Reyes out, their behavior didn't suggest they were serious about carrying him. He gets to re-unite with Manny Acta.

I think we're still at zero, unless I'm overlooking somebody. If Tom Seaver had pitched for the 1987 Mets, he would have been a three-timer.

I'd have waited until Reyes was activated before putting Hernandez through waivers, unless I was sure I wanted to bring Tejada north with me.

In the realm of continuity, Bill Pulsipher is a rare Two Comma Met, service time expressed as such: 1995, 1998, 2000 But he didn't leave the organization during the first comma.
