Digital Domain Park???

Lennon is tweeting -- he's had a busy day on Twitter -- that the Mets are renaming Tradition Field as Digital Domain Park. Not that I care all that much what the spring training stadium is called, but that's a goofy name. And while Tradition Field had a nice ring to it, it's a corporate name, too, I believe. I think the housing developments around there are named that.

The whole "Tradition" thing went down the tubes when they turned out to be deadbeats.

'Digital Domain' sounds like it's a throw-back to the first wave of stadium names which all seemed to be those hi-tech computer firms with names that didn't exactly roll off the tongue

It will now be the www.Godaddy.com field. Rather than Danica Patrick, they should put up banners of the players wives around the field
