It's kinda spazzy if you're one of those that run with non-pumping arms while doing it. It's kinda dorky if you wear a headband radio while doing it. It's kinda awesome if you wear a parade float while doing it.

When I was a kid, I ran everywhere. I ran from class to class at school, ran down the sidewalk, ran the mile in gym class better than nearly everyone else. Then I realized I was the only one running absolutely everywhere.
