Can TPTB set the board to open external links in a new window (or tab, if that's how your browser is set up) as the site default?

Poked around on the admin side, but I don't see that setting anywhere. I'm pretty sure you can set that as your browser rule, though.

You can also just right-click the link and choose "Open in new window" or "Open in new tab"
