Havens is off the DL and doing well (see the adoption forum). My adoptee, Jordan Abruzzo, is still having back problems and I hope they won't be career ending. Later

No, that's not the type of plane he flew down to St. Lucie to begin he rehab. .727 is Daniel Murphy's batting average in his first three rehab games. Don't know if that's where the Mets intend to keep him, or if they'll try him at second when he gets healthier. Later

Fernando Martinez has joined the LucieMets for rehab, batting leadoff and playing right. The team beat Dunedin yesterday with a ninth-inning run. Jeurys Familia, mostly struggling.

According to Amazin' Avenue, the St. Lucie pitchers lead the FSL in in hit batsmen. They lead by more than 20 over the next-closest team.
