Re: Most Famous Person Who Died On Your Birthday

So is this "Most Famous Dead Person Born On Your Birthday" or "Most Famous Dead Person Who Died On Your Birthday"? I think it started out as one and evolved to the other.

Walt Disney is the most famous dead person born on my birthday, followed closely by George A. Custer and Werner Heisenberg.

The most famous person who died on my birthday is either Mozart or Richard Speck, depending on whether you more closely follow classical composers or mass murdering lunatics.

Dead people born on my birthday: Franz Liszt, Daniel Boone, Jimmie Foxx
Dead people died on my birthday: Soupy Sales, Paul Cezanne, Red Barber

I find no celebrities who were either born or died on the day and year I was born. I am therefore the most famous person born on that date.

Re: Most Famous Dead Person Born On Your Birthday

April 7 is my birthday.

Born on my birthday - Billie Holiday (43 years before me)
Died on my birthday - Henry Ford (11 years before I was born)

According to Wikipedia, nobody famous was born or died on my actual day of birth, and I have a hell of a lot of work to do if I want to change that.

Among the forty or so noteworthy events that occurred on my birthday which are listed in the Wikipedia entry, I would say that there is not a single one that the average person would be able to pin down to a month, never mind the exact date.

Misread this initially. To revise:

Born on birthday (4/16), now dead: Charlie Chaplin (also, Doris Day, Henry Mancini, Dusty Springfield, Wilbur Wright)

Born on actual birthday: Former Miss Universe/Derek Jeter penis-friend Lara Dutta

Died on birthday: Babe Ruth (also, David Lean, Ralph Ellison, Rosalind Franklin, Francisco Goya, Alexis de Tocqueville, Madame Tussaud-- it's not the deepest group)

Maybe some day I'll have a reason to! It doesn't seem like a "destination" spot (at least not for the trips I tend to take) and it's not between any two places I'd be likely to drive to. But who knows? The seven states I haven't visited are Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, and Mississippi.

Gene Roddenberry and Orville Wright were born on my birthday.

Among living people the most famous person would have to be Bill Clinton, but I have a few classic rock connections (Ginger Baker from Cream, Freddie Deacon from Queen, and Ian Gillan from Deep Purple), another Star Trek connection with Jonathan Frakes, and a bunch of baseball players including Ron Darling and JJ Hardy. I share day and year with Jeff Tam, whom I had completely forgotten about until I checked on this.

The most famous person to die on my birthday is a toss-up between Graucho Marx and Augustus Caesar.
