IGT 6/1/10 Mets vs. Padres -- It can't get worse edition

OK, maybe NOW we need some Michigan mojo. After that 18-run disaster on Monday, we wonder if things are going to get better. We, in Michigan, are used to asking this question. We have: The worst football team ever. The nation's worst unemployment rate. The city with the worst mayor/inmate. This talentless goofball running around reminding people where he is from. But still, we hold our heads high. Because as bad as it is, we know things will be better. And tonight, the Mets have Mike Pelfrey on the hill, and he is NOT going to give up a grand slam or walk in two runs. So, with the spirit of the adopted state of Michigan, we boldly say LET'S GO METS! And please buy a nice American car. And, because Zvon asked, here's my cool cake! And it was as sweet as the game that Pelf is going to drop on the hapless Pads tonight!
