There is much talent to consider from across, how do you say, 41+ seasons National League East right handed starting pitching. Why don't we treat ourselves to three righties?

*PLEASE NOTE ALPHABETICAL ORDER IS A BIT ASKEW, SO READ AND VOTE CAREFULLY*

Seaver and Maddux would have been my two if we went with only 2 in this poll, and i didnt even have to think about it much. the third guy took a bit, but i went with Smoltz.

I voted Seaver, Maddux, and Smoltz. (I really wanted to vote for Gooden, but Smoltz got it done for a longer period. A much longer period.)

If we weren't limited to divisional play, I would have voted for Bob Gibson.

What Ben said, with an added nod to Fergie Jenkins.

Went with Seaver, Maddox, and Smoltz.

This is the most stacked field in this entire polling process. When Gibson, Gooden, and Jenkins are left on the sidelines it shows how great the quality of right handed starting pitchers has been throughout the history of the NL East.

Not to mention guys like Sutcliffe, Drabek, Cone, Schilling, and Montreal/Mets-era Pedro (who was good-to-great-- with his last year in Montreal beginning his historic spell of dominance-- for 6 of his 8 years in the division).

If I wanted one pitcher, to win one game, I voted Gibson.
