The first guy with the weird finger suck afterward had the best goal. There was also one where they guy totally banana'ed it, that was impressive. Some of them were just great passes and OK goals.

I'm busy, and little less than a casual football fan. Nicky Maynard's was awesome but could have easily been called for a high kick on the previous touch. That's the frustrating part about football for me. So many of the goals (and non-goals) are borederline illegal, that there's hardly a result that isn't drowning in controversy. Great call by Arnold Schwarzenegger on Benjamin Huggel's goal.

I think everybody who wanted to do a KTE post about a team selected one (or, if they were of a mind, they put their name in a hat and the threadmaster randomly assigned them a team). It's a dead heat between Maynard and Maicon for me (although I have special love for the Xavi through-ball and-- as a lover of all things junk-ball-- Dempsey's).
