Lotto-win rapist goes into hiding as cover is blown

This is a huge story accross the pond, a convicted rapist who has spent 33 years in jails for sex crimes dating back to 1973 won seven million sterling last year while on weekend leave from an open prison.

Here's my question, should convicted criminals of this nature be allowed to play the lotto?

I'm of the mindset that nobody should.

But here's my queston... if anybody, why not the perv? He was on leave; he didn't bust out.

It's a valid question, one of the things that has people upset is that the Goverment are paying 10K a month to protect this guy and he has not had to pay a penny of his winnings to his victims.

I think people should stay away from whatever cause The Sun wants to rile them up over.
