A few weeks ago I completed a 3 day, 240 mile bike ride to raise money for the Charter Oak Foundation. Personally I raised close to $4,000.00. The Tour itself consisted of about 30 riders who together raised about $100,000.00.

Awesome. I did a three-day 250 mile ride a few years back, and I hope your achilles tendons do not hurt as much as mine did. It's a great feeling otherwise, I hope you're enjoying your accomplishment.

Maybe it was from that huge beast. I think we see the shadow of its hand to the right of the picture. Later

So that's a knee brace and not a hole in your sexy cycling knickers.

"Sexy Cycling Knickers" would be a good name for a band.

Yup. It was this past weekend. Thanks for asking. I'm in the front row on the right (the cute one).
